Following Holfve’s appointment, co-founder and current CEO Rune Dittmer will step down.

Founded in 2016 by Ole Teglbjærg, Mikkel Thorsted, Lasse Outzen and Rune Dittmer, Flashbulb Games made waves in the gaming industry with the release of its creative sandbox vehicle-building game “Trailmakers”. It further expanded its games portfolio in 2021 with the launch of the multiplayer party game “Rubber Bandits”. Nordisk Games initially acquired a minority stake in Flashbulb Games in 2017, before purchasing the remaining shares in 2021.
Nordisk Games’ portfolio of studios also includes Avalanche Studios Group, Supermassive Games, Star Stable Entertainment, MercurySteam and Nitro Games.
