We research awide variety of video games from our studios in different stages of production –pre-production, alpha, beta, and live video games. The video games range from AAA, indie, to mobile.
The research studies could be playtests, market research surveys, focus groups, and more types of studies depending on the video game stage.
You do not have to be an expert in video games to participate. The video game research studies are meant to be engaging for everyone. You must play video games in general, that is it!
We accept participants from all over the world. Our playtest sessions could happen one of the following ways:
- Playtest conducted remotely (comfort of your own home).
- Playtest on-site in our lab in Copenhagen, Denmark.
- Diary study conducted in the comfort of your own home on your own time for several days.
Typically, we ask you to answer surveys and participate in interviews to receive feedback for the video game.
After completing the sign-up, we regularly send out additional surveys. These surveys are called “screeners”. The screener surveys help us find out if you are the specific gamer we are looking for the video game research study.
We also conduct raffles to help keep our database engaged. You might receive an email to complete a survey as a raffle entry to possibly win a gift card or video game swag.
Everyone who is 18 years of age or older is eligible to sign-up. Even if you do not play video games much, we would still love to hear from you!
If you are 18 years of age or younger but want to participate, do not worry! Please have your guardian sign-up for you. Your guardian will be contacted when a video game research study will be conducted.
We conduct playtests globally either remotely (comfort of your own home) or a rented facility in a specific city. We also have our lab in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The best thing you can do is keep filling out the surveys we send. We have thousands and thousands of gamers in our database, and we would love to have you all participate eventually. Depending on the video game we are conducting research for determines which gamers we book for the studies. This is probably why you are not getting booked for video game research studies.
We are always looking for ways to keep all the gamers who signed-up to our database engaged and a chance to receive something for their feedback. We conduct raffles for those who complete certain surveys, and we are also going to conduct raffles for those fill out screeners but are not selected.
We are located at legendary Nordisk Film HQ in Valby, Copenhagen, but we are testing remotely globally.
Everyone can apply. If you are under 18 years old ask your guardian to sign-up for you.
